Eddie Padilla is the owner and driving force behind E&M Constructors Inc. With decades of hands-on experience in civil and public works construction, Eddie brings a rare combination of field expertise and project management discipline to every contract.

Founded in 1969 and still family-operated today, E&M Constructors has grown from a local paving crew into one of Southern California's most trusted General Engineering firms. Eddie personally oversees project coordination, client communication, and field quality.

His team of experienced operators, foremen, and laborers self-performs every trade in-house: asphalt, concrete, excavation, underground utilities, and street lighting. No subcontracting. No guesswork. Just experienced people doing quality work.
